Where we are staying in Italy

 Second week - a bit of relaxation at a Tuscan farmhouse with a pool! We are situated 20 minutes out of Florence so we'll plan on some day trips to some of the small towns around as well as just hanging out by the pool.

We will be spending about 5 days in Florence itself and have rented this unique apartment with the most amazing terrace.  The girls have agreed to share a bed for the duration to be able to have this outdoor space.It wasn't the cheapest one or the one with the best location BUT  I am sure the that outdoor markets down the street and the chianti on the rooftop will make up for the extra walking!

Venice - booked!
We found a great little apartment on a canal near the casino that is also 200 metres away from the vaporetto stop.  It has two bedrooms and the girls will have a set of bunk beds to sleep in.  A nice change from elbowing each other all night.
